For the efficiency and sanitation of tools, you must arrive for your haircut appointments with clean hair using no products, including oils. If you are unable to arrive with no product in your hair, please schedule a shampoo with your haircut. Failure to have clean hair or schedule a shampoo with your haircut will result in an added charge for a shampoo.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 hour before the beginning of your appointment. Failure to do so will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
Arriving at your appointment more than 10 minutes late will require you to reschedule and be charged 50% of each scheduled services.
No Call, No Show will incur a fee of 100% of services booked.
